
Inspired by one of a professors at ITC who popularised this khmer proverb. At a glance, you would read like this:
Rean heuy rean tead, rean men jes chhup.
In English it means:
Study, study till you don’t know how to stop.
Now if we change the accent abit, it is pronounced like this:
Rean heuy rean tead, rean men jes…chhup!
In English it means:
Study, study, till you don’t know. Stop!
Now you know which one I refer to in my banner.
